Pre-Design:
Before the studwork begins...consult a designer that can assist with
floorplan layout and ergonomic traffic flow. If not a
designer...make sure your architect has a strong interior design
background. Keep in mind your contractor/builder is
there to build - not to design.
Specifications:
Cabinetry design and finish details. Millwork modification.
Textile, floor and furniture resourcing and custom design.
Drawings:
Full presentation drawings including floorplans, elevations and
textiles/finish specifications. Perspectives are also available.
Fees are calculated on an
hourly basis for design consultation. For larger jobs the fee is based on
a per room basis depending on the scope and size of the job. The
initial consultation is $75. This initial fee is applied to any
future services.
Window Treatments:
Fabrics are discounted off list price with custom order.
